Dutch Daiquiri

Made with rum, served in a champagne coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozSpiced rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozPineapple syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozLime juice
5 gDried pineapple
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add lime juice and pineapple syrup to a shaker.
  2. Pour in spiced rum.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with dried pineapple.
