Method
- Place an ice sphere in a rocks glass.
- In a mixing glass, add 22.5 ml cream sherry, 22.5 ml red bitter, and 60 ml white rum.
- Fill with ice cubes and stir.
- Strain into the rocks glass.
- Garnish with orange zest.
