Made with rum, sherry and triple sec, served in a collins glass.

60 ml / 2 ozWhite rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozTriple sec
20 ml / 3/4 ozManzanilla sherry
12.5 ml / 1/2 ozOrgeat syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
40 gLemon
1 gMint
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add lemon juice, orgeat syrup, triple sec, manzanilla sherry, and white rum.
  3. Stir well with a swizzle stick.
  4. Add more crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with mint and a lemon slice.
