The Little Bee

Made with beer, Galliano and rum, served in a sling glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozDark rum
25 ml / 3/4 ozGalliano L'Autorrattico
300 ml / 10 1/4 ozDark beer
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
10 gCinnamon sticks

Method

  1. Pour 25 ml Galliano and 10 ml lime juice into a chilled sling glass.
  2. Using a cocktail spoon, layer 15 ml dark rum and top with dark beer.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
