Foreign Legion

Made with rum, Dubonnet and Aperol, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozAged rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozDubonnet
15 ml / 1/2 ozAperol
5 ml / 1/4 ozCrème de cacao
15 ml / 1/2 ozManzanilla sherry
1 mlRhubarb bitters
1Lemon zest
420 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir the cocktail and strain into the rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon zest piece.
