Million Dollar Baby

Made with rum, served in a collins glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozMango juice
70 ml / 2 1/4 ozGinger beer
60 gMango
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add lemon juice, mango juice, sugar syrup, and white rum.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with two mango slices.
