Buenos Aires Zombie

Made with rum, triple sec and amaro, served in a tiki mug.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozWhite rum
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozGold rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozTriple sec
7.5 ml / 1/4 ozAmaro
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
45 gPassion fruit
3 gMint
200 gCrushed ice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a tiki mug with crushed ice.
  2. Add passion fruit flesh to a shaker.
  3. Add lemon juice, triple sec, amaro, gold rum and white rum to the shaker.
  4. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  5. Strain into a tiki mug.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
