Sabotage

Made with rum, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSpiced rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
150 ml / 5 ozCola
20 gLime
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of spiced rum and 10 ml of lime juice.
  3. Top with 150 ml of cola.
  4. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Garnish with two lime wheels.

About the Sabotage

This highball drink uses spiced rum and cola. The lime juice adds a sour note to the sweet and spicy profile.
