Space Zombie

Made with rum, Curaçao and liqueur, served in a tiki mug.

3 mlAbsinthe
30 ml / 1 ozDark rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozAged rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozBlue Curaçao liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozPeach liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozCinnamon syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozOrgeat syrup
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozLime juice
20 ml / 3/4 ozGrapefruit juice
200 ml / 6 3/4 ozGinger beer
10 gMint
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Chill the lime juice, almond syrup, and blue curaçao in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Fill a tiki mug with crushed ice and add lime juice, grapefruit juice, and cinnamon syrup.
  3. Add absinthe, peach liqueur, aged rum, and dark rum, then stir well with a swizzle stick.
  4. Top with ginger beer, add more crushed ice, and garnish with mint sprigs.
