Big Dick

Made with rum, Irish whiskey and sherry, served in a champagne coupe.

15 ml / 1/2 ozDark rum
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozAged rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozGold rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozIrish whiskey
7 ml / 1/4 ozCream sherry
3 mlChocolate bitters
3 mlHomemade nutmeg bitters
20 ml / 3/4 ozYellow banana syrup
7 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozLime juice
20 gLemon
25Rose petals
30 gCocoa butter
1 gGround nutmeg
200 gIce cubes
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Combine lime juice, sugar syrup, banana syrup, and sherry in a shaker.
  2. Add all rums, Irish whiskey, and both bitters to the shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a champagne coupe.
  5. Dip an ice cube in melted cocoa butter and place in glass.
  6. Garnish with dried lemon slice, rose petal, and ground nutmeg.

About the Big Dick

A short drink combining multiple rums, Irish whiskey, and sherry with banana syrup and citrus. It has a spicy character from bitters and nutmeg.
