Martini Mojitato

Made with rum, vermouth and limoncello, served in a highball glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozWhite rum
30 ml / 1 ozDry vermouth
20 ml / 3/4 ozLimoncello
1 mlAngostura bitters
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
75 ml / 2 1/2 ozSoda water
20 gLime
3 gMint
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Muddle mint and lime in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add sugar syrup, limoncello, dry vermouth, and white rum.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Add more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with Angostura bitters and a mint sprig.
