Black Cherry

Made with rum, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozDark rum
120 ml / 4 ozPineapple juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
30 gPineapple
10 gCherry jam
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add cherry jam to a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in dark rum and lemon juice.
  4. Top with pineapple juice and stir.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
