Apple Cooler

Made with rum, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozApple juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSprite

180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 100 ml of apple juice and 50 ml of white rum.
  3. Top with Sprite and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with three slices of green apple.
