Made with Prosecco, Calvados and bitter, served in a flute.

20 ml / 3/4 ozCalvados
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed bitter
120 ml / 4 ozProsecco
5 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine
5 gCane sugar cubes
1Grapefruit zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place a sugar cube in a chilled flute.
  2. Add grenadine, red bitter, and Calvados to a shaker.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into the flute.
  5. Top with Prosecco.
  6. Express grapefruit zest and garnish.
