Devil Touch

Made with Prosecco, gin and triple sec, served in a flute.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozLondon dry gin
25 ml / 3/4 ozTriple sec
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozProsecco
45 gStrawberry
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle 2 strawberries in a shaker.
  2. Add 25 ml Triple sec and 40 ml London dry gin.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled flute.
  5. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
