Martini Royale

Made with vermouth and Prosecco, served in a wine glass.

75 ml / 2 1/2 ozWhite vermouth
75 ml / 2 1/2 ozProsecco
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
20 gLime
1 gMint
60 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add 10 ml lime juice and 75 ml white vermouth.
  3. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves.

About the Martini Royale

A highball-style drink with sweet citrus notes from lime and mint. The Prosecco base adds effervescence to the vermouth.
