Bianco and Tonic

Made with vermouth, served in a wine glass.

100 ml / 3 1/2 ozWhite vermouth
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozTonic water
60 gLime
60 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Squeeze lime juice into the glass and add 100 ml white vermouth.
  3. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with lime wedges.
