Bianco Bitter Lemon

Made with vermouth, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite vermouth
150 ml / 5 ozLemon bitter
1Grapefruit zest
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of white vermouth.
  3. Add lemon bitter to the top and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with a piece of grapefruit zest.
