Negroni Mezcalito

Made with mezcal, vermouth and bitter, served in a coupe glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozMezcal
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed vermouth
15 ml / 1/2 ozRed bitter
10 ml / 1/4 ozCynar
30 gOrange
5 gCinnamon sticks
2 gBlack salt
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Create a salt rim on the coupe glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add Cynar, red vermouth and red bitter.
  4. Pour in mezcal and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.

About the Negroni Mezcalito

A short, strong sour drink made with mezcal, vermouth, bitter, Cynar, orange, cinnamon and black salt. It has herbal, bitter, dry and salty characteristics.
