Mezcalero

Made with mezcal, aromatised wine and Aperol, served in a collins glass.

30 ml / 1 ozMezcal
30 ml / 1 ozQuinquina Maurin
30 ml / 1 ozAperol
1 mlGrapefruit bitters
1Orange zest
1Ice cube
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place an ice cube in a Collins glass.
  2. Add 30ml Aperol and 30ml Quinquina Maurin to a mixing glass.
  3. Add 1ml grapefruit bitters and 30ml mezcal.
  4. Fill with ice cubes and stir gently.
  5. Strain into the Collins glass.
  6. Garnish with orange zest.
