Apium Or Opium

Made with mezcal and bitters, served in a collins glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozMezcal
3 mlCelery bitters
25 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
150 ml / 5 ozSoda water
2 gCelery salt
380 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour 25ml sugar syrup and 50ml mezcal into a shaker.
  3. Add 3 dashes of celery bitters to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
  5. Strain into the Collins glass.
  6. Top with soda water and garnish with celery salt.
