Mezcal Smoked Tea Sour

Made with mezcal, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozMezcal
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup, lapsang souchong tea infused
1Egg white

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to cool and dilute.
  4. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with dried tea leaves.
