Made with mezcal, amaro and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozMezcal
30 ml / 1 ozAmaro Abano, Luxardo
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
2 dashesPeychaud's bitters
1Strawberry (quartered, muddled)

Method

  1. Muddle the strawberry.
  2. Add all ingredients and shake.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with half a strawberry on the rim.
