Mashonza

Made with mezcal, Aperol and grappa, served in a rocks glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozGrappa
30 ml / 1 ozHomemade mezcal with gum
30 ml / 1 ozAperol
60 ml / 2 ozOrange juice
5 gCotton candy
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour orange juice and aperol into a shaker.
  2. Add grappa and mezcal with gum.
  3. Fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with cotton candy.
