Ponty Margarita

Made with mezcal, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozMezcal
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
25 ml / 3/4 ozLime juice
20 gLime
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour 25 ml lime juice and 15 ml sugar syrup into a shaker.
  3. Add 45 ml mezcal.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  5. Strain into the rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with a lime slice.
