Mezcal Margarita

Made with mezcal and triple sec, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozMezcal
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozAgave syrup
15 ml / 0.5 ozTriple sec, Cointreau

Method

  1. Combine mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup, and triple sec in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

About the Mezcal Margarita

A smoky sour cocktail with mezcal as base. The agave syrup and lime juice create a balance of sweet and tart flavors with a hint of orange from triple sec.
