Made with mezcal, liqueur and pastis, served in a coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozMezcal, Sombra
20 ml / 0.75 ozHerbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
4 sprigsOregano, Fresh
1 barspoonpastis, Ricard
1 barspoonAgave syrup

Method

  1. Muddle oregano and agave syrup.
  2. Add mezcal, herbal liqueur, lime juice, and pastis.
  3. Shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
