45 ml / 1.5 ozMezcal, Del Maguey Vida
15 ml / 0.5 ozCoffee liqueur, Galliano Ristretto
15 ml / 0.5 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozpedro ximenez sherry, Lustau
1 barspoonAllspice dram
1 dashBitters, Angostura
1 dashBitters, Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged
5 ml / 0.25 ozMezcal, Del Maguey Chichicapa (as float)

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except the float.
  2. Strain into a goblet filled with crushed ice.
  3. Float Del Maguey Chichicapa on top.
  4. Serve with straws.
