35 ml / 1.25 ozpear eau de vie, Clear Creek
20 ml / 0.75 ozMezcal, Del Maguey Vida
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozPineapple juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozGinger syrup, 2:1 evaporated cane sugar to ginger juice

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a thin ginger slice and two pineapple leaves.
