50 ml / 1.75 ozOld Tom gin, Hayman's
20 ml / 0.75 ozManzanilla sherry, La Gitana
15 ml / 0.5 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
5 ml / 0.25 ozbasil eau de vie, St. George Aqua Perfecta
2 dashesPeach bitters, Fee Brothers Peach
1Lemon peel, expressed and discarded

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with expressed lemon peel twist.
