Palomaesque

Made with aromatised wine and mezcal.

30 ml / 1 ozMezcal, Del Maguey Vida
45 ml / 1.5 ozAromatised wine, Cocchi Americano
30 ml / 1 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozHoney syrup, 1:1
1 pinchSalt
45 ml / 1.5 ozseltzer water
1Grapefruit, thin wheel

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except seltzer and grapefruit wheel.
  2. Strain into a glass.
  3. Top with seltzer water.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
