Quin Quina Crusta

Made with aromatised wine, Peychaud's Bitters and Maraschino, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozBonal Gentiane Quina
15 ml / 0.5 ozPeychaud's bitters
5 ml / 0.25 ozMaraschino Liqueur
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients.
  2. Pour into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel.
