Tan Line Spritz

Made with Prosecco, vermouth and aromatised wine, served in a wine glass.

30 ml / 1 ozDry vermouth
30 ml / 1 ozCappelletti aperitivo
30 ml / 1 ozWatermelon juice
1 pinchSalt, generous pinch
60 ml / 2 ozProsecco, to top
1Lemon, as garnish
1lemon, as garnish

Method

  1. Build in a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add dry vermouth, cappelletti, watermelon juice, and a generous pinch of salt.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Top with prosecco.
  5. Garnish with lemon.
