Oaxacan Bijou

Made with mezcal, liqueur and vermouth, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozMezcal, Del Maguey Vida
30 ml / 1 ozHerbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
30 ml / 1 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
2 dashesOrange bitters, Angostura orange
1Lemon peel

Method

  1. Add mezcal, herbal liqueur, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon twist.
