Cold Stare

Made with mezcal, amaro and liqueur, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozMezcal, Pierde Almas La Puritita Verda
30 ml / 1 ozCoffee, Cold Brew
15 ml / 0.5 ozAmaro Abano
5 ml / 0.25 ozRaspberry liqueur, St. George
1 dashBitters, Fee Brothers Black Walnut

Method

  1. Stir ingredients with ice for 15 revolutions.
  2. Strain into chilled footed rocks glass or coupe.
  3. Serve without garnish.

About the Cold Stare

A stirred short drink with mezcal as base. Coffee and amaro give it complexity, while raspberry and bitters add depth.
