Fire Drill

Made with mezcal and amaro, served in a rocks glass.

35 ml / 1.25 ozMezcal
30 ml / 1 ozAmaro, Lo-Fi Gentian
20 ml / 0.75 ozPassion fruit syrup
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except the mint garnish.
  2. Pour the mixture into a rocks glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
  3. Top with additional crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
