Made with mezcal, kirsch and vermouth, served in a cocktail glass.

15 ml / 0.5 ozKirschwasser, Hiram Walker
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth, Martini & Rossi
15 ml / 0.5 ozManzanilla pasada sherry, La Cigarilla
15 ml / 0.5 ozHerbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
15 ml / 0.5 ozSloe gin, Plymouth

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass.
