Carried Away Down Mexico Way

Made with mezcal, aromatised wine and vermouth, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozMezcal, Alipus San Juan
15 ml / 0.5 ozAromatised wine, Cocchi Americano
15 ml / 0.5 ozbianco vermouth, Dolin
1Kummel
1Brandied cherry, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
