Bianco Breeze

Made with vermouth, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite vermouth
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozGrapefruit juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozCranberry juice
60 gGrapefruit
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of grapefruit juice and 50 ml of white vermouth.
  3. Add cranberry juice to the top and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
