Method
- Place a quarter of lemon in a rocks glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Add 20 ml apple juice and 5 ml vanilla syrup.
- Pour in 50 ml white vermouth and stir with a bar spoon.
- Add more crushed ice if needed.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
