Little Tokyo

Made with bourbon whiskey, Japanese whisky and vermouth, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozBourbon whiskey
30 ml / 1 ozJapanese whisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed vermouth
2 mlAngostura bitters
3 gOlives
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add the red vermouth and Angostura bitters to a shaker.
  2. Pour in the bourbon whiskey and Japanese whisky.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with an olive on a skewer.
