Sea Buckthorn-infused Bourbon

Made with bourbon whiskey, served in a shot glass.

1000 ml / 33 3/4 ozBourbon
700 gSea buckthorn
300 gSugar

Method

  1. Fill a two-liter jar with sea buckthorn berries without packing them.
  2. Add 300g of sugar and pour bourbon to fill the jar.
  3. Close with a lid and infuse for 4 days in a dark, warm place.

About the Sea Buckthorn-infused Bourbon

This is a sour, strong shot cocktail. It combines bourbon with tart sea buckthorn berries and sugar for a fruity kick.
