Louisville By Night

Made with bourbon whiskey and Port wine, served in a coupe glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozBourbon
20 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade Martinez
30 ml / 1 ozPort wine
1Corn leaves
300 gIce cubes
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Place one ice cube in a coupe glass.
  2. Combine 20ml homemade Martinez and 30ml port wine in a mixing glass.
  3. Add 40ml bourbon and fill with ice cubes.
  4. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
  5. Strain into the coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with a corn leaf clipped to the glass and briefly flame it.
