Holland House

Made with jenever, vermouth and Maraschino, served in a sour glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozGenever
20 ml / 3/4 ozDry vermouth
5 ml / 1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
1Lemon zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add lemon juice and maraschino liqueur to a shaker.
  2. Add dry vermouth and Genever to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a chilled sour glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest.

A sour cocktail with Genever as its base. It combines the botanical notes of Genever with the dryness of vermouth and a citrusy finish.
