Be Kind, Unwind

Made with jenever, aromatised wine and Maraschino, served in a champagne coupe.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozGenever
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozQuinquina Maurin
7.5 ml / 1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
5 ml / 1/4 ozNut liqueur
1 mlAngostura bitters
2 mlOrange bitters
1Orange zest
5 gMaraschino cherry
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add 5 ml nut liqueur, 7.5 ml maraschino liqueur, and 45 ml quinquina maurin to a mixing glass.
  2. Add 1 ml angostura bitters, 2 ml orange bitters, and 45 ml genever.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist and a maraschino cherry on a skewer.
