My Favourite Maria

Made with jenever and liqueur, served in a champagne coupe.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozGenever
30 ml / 1 ozPassion fruit liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozRaspberry syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
30 gRaspberry
2 gMint
10 gOrange jam
1 gPowdered sugar
15 gMaraschino cherry
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Rim a champagne coupe with powdered sugar.
  2. Muddle orange jam, raspberries and mint in a shaker.
  3. Add all liquid ingredients and ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake well and strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with three maraschino cherries and mint leaves.
