Transatlantic Mai Tai

Made with rye whiskey, jenever and triple sec, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozrye whiskey, Jim Beam
30 ml / 1 ozGenever, Bols
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozOrgeat, B.G. Reynolds
15 ml / 0.5 ozTriple sec, Combier L'Original Liqueur D'Orange
1 sprigMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig and a paper parasol through a cherry.
