Astoria Sour

Made with rye whiskey, sherry and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozrye whiskey, High West Double Rye
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup
15 ml / 0.5 ozDry sherry
1Egg white
3 dropsBitters, Dutch's Colonial (as garnish)

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice, shake again, then strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with bitters.
