Curari Cocktail

Made with rye whiskey, Port wine and amaro, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozrye whiskey
20 ml / 0.75 ozRuby Port
20 ml / 0.75 ozAmaro Cora
2 dashesOrange bitters, Regans' orange bitters

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir well until properly chilled.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a cherry.
