Fix Me Up

Made with sherry, rye whiskey and bitters, served in a snifter.

30 ml / 1 ozrye whiskey, Sazerac (6 year)
45 ml / 1.5 ozAmontillado sherry, Lustau
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozOrange juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozOrgeat, Death and Co
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
20 ml / 0.75 ozClub soda

Method

  1. Short shake all ingredients except club soda.
  2. Strain into a snifter with one large ice cube.
  3. Pour in club soda. No garnish.
